The aparment complex was in a great location. Would not stay on ground floor again though.
On arrival, they had no record of our booking (not a good start). To top that off, we arrived at about 2:30pm (even though check in was from 12:30pm) only to be told that the previous people had only left 1/2 hour earlier than our arrival and the room still needed to be cleaned. We were asked to come back an hour later to enable them time to clean. This did not go down too well as we have 2 young children who needed a sleep. After the 1 hour was up, we returned and the cleaning had not yet been finished and the floors were still wet which meant we had to wait even longer to gain access to the unit.
However, once we were finally allowed into the room and get settled, it didn't take long to unpack, sit down and enjoy the water views (even if blocked a bit by the cafe in front of the complex.
Hervey Bay was a great place to stay with young children as there was no ocean beaches to worry about. The water on the bay was calm and great for them to play in.
The bike/walking track around the bay is fantastic with plenty of picnic tables, chairs to sit on and appreciate the view and toilet blocks along the way.
Plenty of good places to eat along the Esplanade.

Awesome customer service and idyllic environment away from the bustle of the waterfront
This was exceptional value for money and Rob was wonderful - nothing was too much trouble and he never looked tired of all the questions. Without his guidance we probably wouldn't have got the most of the 2 nights we had in Hervey Bay. The facilities were immaculate. If we came back through Hervey Bay we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend.
Great breakfast cafe on the water side of The Esplanade (only one of that side I think). Had a lovely dinner at the Black Dog cafe but not such a good one at the Aegean waterfront French restaurant. Would recommend bike hire for getting around. Unfortunately the seafood restaurant at Point Vernon was booked out for a wedding but it looked wonderful and so did the menu! We will catch this one next time.

ok for one night
A little bit noisey. Having to take out your own trash was also disappointing. Esp as we were on a holiday.

Friendly staff, lovely room, great view!
The staff were very friendly & helpfull. Even had a wack on the tennis court! Great view from the balcony! The room was beautifully presented with all the appliances you could possibly need. Very relaxing place to stay.
Grab an ice-cream cone & walk the pier! So many restaurants to choose from. Bench seats & tables the whole way along the beach which makes it easy to find the spot you want & sit & relax with some fresh prawns & oysters!
